Does anyone work for Shorewest Realtors? If so what is the commision split, and yearly office costs.?

Hi – I work for Shorewest Realtors and what I can tell you is that Shorewest does not negotiate different plans for different agents. However, there is more than one commission plan to choose from, so it is important to talk to the leadership team of the office you would consider joining. Also – if you are looking to compare the split and costs to another company, it is vital that you also take into consideration the amount of business you will do with Shorewest versus somewhere else. Shorewest has 28 out of the top 100 agents in the Metro Milwaukee area, the next closest company has 10. This isn’t a coincidence and whether you are a brand new or veteran agent, you have the best opportunity to reach your business goals at Shorewest.
