Should I wait to buy a house after the new year?
I’ve saved enough money for a modest house in Portland, Oregon or Southern Oregon. I look at Realtors.com everyday, and the prices are not coming down hardly at all. Should I try to buy a house during the holidays or after the new year? I’m afraid if I wait, the prices will start to increase.
If you buy now, you will find a better deal…..After Christmas prices will go….January is always a hot buying season….
