How can I get my home sold?
What else can I do? I have The Realtor, plus I am doing extra. I keep the yard beautiful. I keep the brochure box at the end of the driveway filled. It is in the papers and a provincial magazine. The viewers all seem to be from drive by and seeing the sign. With the exception of dancing in the street with a sign (dressed like a clown?)….would you have some suggestions to help me?
Make sure your neighbors know and let them know this could be an opportunity to recruit a good neighbor.
There are people that will swear that burying the statue of Saint Joseph upside down in your yard will speed the sale of your home and religious supply stores even sell kits for that purpose. I’m not sure but it won’t hurt.
