Why are Homes so cheap in Coffeyville, Kansas?
I’m thinking of buying and moving there just because of this. Anyone know of anywhere else with prices this low. Check these out for yourself!

maybe its cuz the nearest beach is half a continent away. or they have no grocery stores.. i dunno.
