Klutznick and his sons, has allowed the master plan to be put into action and develop this new exciting community.  Over 4,000 homes have already been built as well as a Mayo Hospital, the JW Marriott Resort and Spa, the Wildfire Golf Club and the 1,200,000 square foot shopping center known as the Desert Ridge Marketplace.  There is much more on the horizon scheduled to be built.  Retail stores, fine dining, offices, civic and senior centers, as well as the Musical Instrument Museum, are all in the works. What an exciting time to be living in Arizona!
