How can I get out of a “Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement”?
Know any ways how I can get out of this legal agreement? The Realtor told us lies. We live in Clarksville TN. Can we get out of it by buying in another state? Answers please!! (I already know it’s a legal agreement, but he has blatantly told us lies for his own gain) thank you.
The ‘exclusive buyer agency agreement’ is a contract with the real estate agency, not with the actual real estate agent. You can discuss your concerns with the managing broker of the agency and ask for a different agent to represent your interests. Most managing brokers will gladly accommodate your request.
