how much would it cost to run central air and heat in a 600 sq ft apartment in south carolina?

I’m moving in a few weeks and before I make a decision on an apartment, I’d like to be able to figure out approximately how much central air and heat are going to cost me per month. It’s a 600 sq ft apartment so The Realtor told me it wouldn’t be too much, but they were unable to offer me an actual figure. Can anyone help me out?

In many places the utility companies will indeed share historical data with you on usage by prior tenants. Your mileage may vary, of course, depending on how cool you want to be in summer. 600 sq ft is pretty small so you’ll probably spend less than $100 per month on average in your state.
